Stripe Integrations: Use Stripe integrations as a trigger in Bit Flow to automate responses to payment activity across your entire business. When customers make purchases, update subscriptions, request refunds, or when payment issues arise, Bit Flow captures these events and launches personalized workflows instantly.

Bit Flow is a super handy WordPress plugin that helps you connect your favourite tools and automate tasks—without needing to write any code. You can easily link up with over 345+ popular apps like Zoho CRM, Google Sheets, WooCommerce, Airtable, Trello, Dropbox, Zoom, HubSpot, Zoho Desk, and many more.

Instead of doing everything manually—like sending data from your forms to your CRM or updating spreadsheets—Bit Flow does it all for you automatically. It saves you time, reduces repetitive work, and keeps everything running smoothly.

In this guide, we’ll show you how to use Stripe as a starting point (called a trigger) to set up your first automation.

Setup Stripe Integrations

First, go to your Bit Flows Dashboard, click on Flows, and then either create a new flow or open an existing one.

After creating or opening an existing flow, you’ll be taken to the Flow Builder screen.

In the Flow Builder, you’ll see a section called Trigger. Under that, click on “Select an App.” A list of trigger apps will appear.

From the list, select your preferred trigger. For this example, click on “Stripe” You’ll then see all the available trigger events.


Now, select your preferred trigger event. “Webhook Automation“. After selecting your event, you’ll be asked to choose a webhook.

Here, you can either select an existing webhook if you’ve already created one, or create a new one by simply clicking the “Add Webhook” button.

When you click the Add Webhook button, you’ll be prompted to enter a name for your webhook. Simply type in the name and click on the Add connection.

When you will click on add connection button you will ask for connection name and and value

To get your Client Secret (Value) Follow those steps:

  • Go to your Stripe account and Go to setting from the top right corner.
  • Click on Developer.
  • Click Manage API keys.
  • Copy the Secret key and past it to the value field in your bit flow connection.
  • Click on Connect

Follow bellow steps:

Now, select your preferred trigger event from the dropdown. For Example: “Customer Create“. After click on the save.

Once you will save a webhook will be automatically create in your stripe account

After selecting your event, the next step is to capture the response to do this click on Listen Responce button then go and create a customer in your stripe account.

Once the lesson is completed, return to the integration page—you’ll see that the customer data has been successfully captured.

After finishing these steps, close the popup and click the plus (+) icon to add an Action. Next, you’ll need to add and authorize an Action. In the Flow Builder, click the plus (+) icon on the right side to add an Action. You can add multiple actions and also use tools like Router, Condition, Delay, Iterator, Repeater/Loop, or JSON Parser to build advanced workflows.
