Essential Addons Integrations: Essential Addons for Elementor is a popular Elementor addon that extends the capabilities of Elementor page builder by adding advanced widgets, templates, and features.

Bit Flows is a WordPress automation plugin that helps you automatically send data between WordPress and popular tools such as CRMs, spreadsheets, email services, and other third-party platforms.

In this guide, we’ll show you how to use Essential Addons as a starting point (called a trigger) to set up your automation in WordPress with Bit Flows.

Setup Essential Addons Integrations

1) Bit Flows Pro & Essential Addons must be installed and active

2) The login or Registration widget must already be placed on a frontend page

3) User registration must be enabled in WordPress (Settings → General → Anyone can register)

First, go to your Bit Flows Dashboard, click on Flows, and then either create a new flow or open an existing one.

If you open an existing flow, make sure to remove the previously selected trigger before adding a new one.

After creating or opening the workflow, you’ll be taken to the workflow builder screen.

In the workflow builder, you’ll see a section called Trigger. Under that, click on “Select an App”. Then click on the “apps” button. A list of trigger apps will appear.

From the list, search and select your preferred trigger. For this example, search “Essential Addons”. You’ll then see the preferred trigger “Essential Addons for Elementor”.

Click on it, and you’ll see the available events for this trigger.

  • User Login
  • User Registration

Now, select your preferred trigger event. For Example: “User Registration“.

After selecting the User Registration event, click the Listen Response button.

Bit Flows needs this “Listen Response” step to receive a test registration so that you can identify user fields and map them for next automation steps.

Then go to the frontend page where the Essential Addons Registration widget is used and click on the “Registration Now” button

Then submit the registration form with test user information.

After successful registration, return to the workflow builder to verify that the user data has been captured.

Similarly you can build another workflow for user login. For this, select the “User Login” event.

After selecting the User Login event, click the Listen Response button. Then go to the frontend page where the Essential Addons Login widget is used and log in using the test user’s registered account.

Once the login is successful, return to the Flow Builder and confirm that the user data has been captured.

Make sure the login is performed using the Essential Addons Login widget. Default WordPress login pages will not trigger the flow.

After finishing these steps, close the popup and click the plus (+) icon to add an Action. Next, you’ll need to add and authorize an Action. In the Flow Builder, click the plus (+) icon on the right side to add an Action. You can add multiple actions and also use tools like Router, Condition, Delay, Iterator, Repeater/Loop, Image helper, or JSON Parser to build advanced workflows.
