Estimated reading: 3 minutes 294 views

Mail Mint Integrations: Use Mail Mint, the easiest email marketing automation plugin in WordPress to generate leads, send email campaigns, and run email automation workflows.

Bit Flow is a super handy WordPress plugin that helps you connect your favorite tools and automate tasks—without needing to write any code. You can easily link up with over 317+ popular apps like Zoho CRM, Google Sheets, WooCommerce, Airtable, Trello, Dropbox, Zoom, HubSpot, Zoho Desk, and many more.

Instead of doing everything manually—like sending data from your forms to your CRM or updating spreadsheets—Bit Flow does it all for you automatically. It saves you time, reduces repetitive work, and keeps everything running smoothly.

In this guide, we’ll show you how to use Mail Mint as a starting point (called a trigger) to set up your first automation.

Setup Mail Mint Integrations

First, go to your Bit Flows Dashboard, click on Flows, and then either create a new flow or open an existing one.

After creating or opening an existing flow, you’ll be taken to the Flow Builder screen.

In the Flow Builder, you’ll see a section called Trigger. Under that, click on “Select an App.” A list of trigger apps will appear.

From the list, select your preferred trigger. For this example, click on “Mail Mint” You’ll then see all the available trigger events.

  • Form Submitted
  • Contact Created
  • Contact Deleted
  • Tags Added To Contact
  • Lists Added To Contact
  • Campaign Created
  • Campaign Email Sent Out

Now, select your preferred trigger event. For Example: “Contact Created“.

After selecting your form, the next step is to capture the response. To do this, click on the “Capture Response” button, then go and create a contact in your Mail Mint.

Once the contact is created, return to the integration page—you’ll see that the contact data has been successfully captured.

After finishing these steps, close the popup and click the plus (+) icon to add an Action. Next, you’ll need to add and authorize an Action. In the Flow Builder, click the plus (+) icon on the right side to add an Action. You can add multiple actions and also use tools like Router, Condition, Delay, Iterator, Repeater/Loop, or JSON Parser to build advanced workflows.
