Rapidmail Integrations: The Rapidmail integration allows you to send form submissions directly to your Rapidmail contact lists. This helps you automatically add new subscribers, easily manage your subscriber list without manual input, and improve your email marketing automation process.

Imagine never having to manually add a single subscriber again. That’s exactly what this integration does for you. You can easily create this integration in Bit Flows. No need for manual effort.

Bit Flows is a WordPress automation plugin that allows you to connect different tools and automate tasks without any coding. Bit Flows helps businesses build powerful marketing workflow automation by connecting apps and moving data between them automatically.

It supports integrations with more than 345+ popular apps, including Zoho CRM, Google Sheets, WooCommerce, Airtable, Trello, Dropbox, Zoom, HubSpot, Zoho Desk, and many others.

In this guide, you’ll learn how to integrate Bit Form with Rapidmail, where Bit Form is the trigger and Rapidmail is the action. After completing the steps, a new subscriber will be automatically added to Rapidmail, enabling lead capture automation directly from your forms.

Authorization of Rapidmail Integrations as Action

To set Rapidmail as an action in Bit Flows, first open your Bit Flows Dashboard, then either create a new flow or open an existing one. In the Flow Builder, first click the plus(+) icon to add a trigger as your wish. In this example, we choose Bit Form as a trigger.

After that, add an Action from the list of available apps, search for and select Rapidmail. The process is simple and user-friendly, taking only a few clicks to complete.

Once you select Rapidmail as the action, you can move to the next step, where you’ll choose the relevant event. In this case, there is only one event available called “Add Recipient,” which is used to add contacts automatically to your Rapidmail list. So, we’ve selected the event.

After selecting your event, you’ll be asked to choose an Add Connection. Here, you can either select an existing connection if you’ve already created one or create a new one by simply clicking the “Add connection” button.
