Zoho Flow Integrations: Zoho Flow is an integration platform that lets you automate your workflows regardless of your role or business.

In this guide, we’ll walk you through the Zoho Flow integrations using Bit Flows. We’ll use Bit Form as the trigger, but you’re free to choose any other trigger based on your needs and preferences. Once the setup is complete, data from each form submission will be automatically sent to Zoho Flow for processing or interaction.

This beginner-friendly tutorial walks you through each step, making it easy to build your first smart automation with Bit Flows and Zoho Flow.

Authorization of Zoho Flow Integrations

To set Zoho Flow as an action in Bit Flows, first open your Bit Flows Dashboard, then either create a new flow or open an existing one. In the Flow Builder, click the plus (+) icon to add an action. From the list of available apps, search for and select Zoho Flow.

After selecting your preferred action, the next step is to choose an event. For example, in this case, we’ve selected the “Make A Request” event.

  • Make A Request

After selecting the action event, a new popup will appear. Here, you need to connect your Zoho Flow account. Connection is optional so you can skip it or if you want put necessary things and click on connect .

To set up Zoho Flow integrations with Bit Flows, you’ll need Zoho Flow Request URL. Follow these steps to get it.

  • Go to your Zoho Flow account dashboard. Click here
  • Click on the Create Flow on the right top .
  • Put your flow name, choose folder and description.
  • Click on create.
  • Click on the webhook configure.
  • Set payload format as JSON
  • You can see a  webhook URL Copy the URL and past it on your Request URL in Bit Flow.

Field Mapping: Here, you’ll see a “Map Fields” section where you need to map your form fields to the matching fields in Zoho Flow. The “Email” field is required by Zoho Flow, so make sure to map your form’s Email, First Name and Last Name field to it. You can also click the “Add Contact Field” button to map additional fields. Additionally, you can enhance your request logic using FlowMathString, and System functions.

Once you’ve finished these settings, you can either click the “Test Run” button to check if the integration is working correctly or simply close the popup to complete the setup.

When you click the Test Run button, the output will be displayed just above it. However, please note that Test Run results are not recorded in the logs.

You also have the option to test the full flow. You can either click “Listen Response” and then run the trigger event (e.g., submit the form), or use existing data to test the integration and make sure everything works correctly.

After completing all the steps, click the “Logs” icon at the top-right corner of the Flow Builder to view your integration logs. Logs help you verify if the trigger and action worked correctly and make it easier to spot and fix any issues.

That’s it! You’ve successfully set up an automation in Bit Flows to connect Bit Form with Zoho Flow. Now, whenever someone submits your form, a new subscriber will be automatically added to your Zoho Flow account.

This integration helps you grow your email list, automate lead nurturing, and streamline your marketing efforts—all with minimal effort. For more help or to explore additional integrations, be sure to check out our comprehensive User Guide.
