SureMembers Integration: Connect SureMembers as an action in Bit Flow to automate membership management on your WordPress site. Grant access, update membership levels, add/remove members, and sync subscription status—triggered by payments, form sign‑ups, CRM events, or any external app.
Seamlessly control who sees what on your site, without manual intervention.

In this guide, you’ll learn how to integrate Bit Form with SureMembers, where Bit Form is the trigger and SureMembers is the action. After completing the steps, a new subscriber will be automatically added to SureMembers whenever someone submits your form.

This step-by-step tutorial is perfect for beginners and will help you set up your first automation quickly and easily.

Authorization of SureMembers Integrations as Action

To set SureMembers as an action in Bit Flows, first open your Bit Flows Dashboard, then either create a new flow or open an existing one. In the Flow Builder, click the plus (+) icon to add an action. From the list of available apps, search for and select SureMembers.

After selecting your preferred action, the next step is to choose an event. For example, in this case, we’ve selected the “Create Subscriber” event.

  • Add User to Access Group
  • Remove User from Access Group

Field Mapping:
Here, you’ll see a “Map Fields” section where you need to map your form fields to the matching fields in SureMembers. The “User Email Address and Select Access Groups” field is required by SureMembers, so make sure to map your form’s User Email Address and Select Access Groups field to it. Additionally, you can enhance your request logic using FlowMathString, and System functions.

After that you need to add your Select Access Groups list from dropdown menu

Once you’ve finished these settings, you can either click the “Test Run” button to check if the integration is working correctly or simply close the popup to complete the setup.

When you click the Test Run button, the output will be displayed just above it. However, please note that Test Run results are not recorded in the logs.

You also have the option to test the full flow. You can either click “Listen Response” and then run the trigger event (e.g., submit the form), or use existing data to test the integration and make sure everything works correctly.

After completing all the steps, click the “Logs” icon at the top-right corner of the Flow Builder to view your integration logs. Logs help you verify if the trigger and action worked correctly and make it easier to spot and fix any issues.

That’s it! You’ve successfully set up an automation in Bit Flows to connect Bit Form with SureMembers. Now, whenever someone submits your form, User will be Access Group automatically in your SureMembers account.
