Newsletter Integrations as Action in Bit Flows – Automate Subscriber Management

Newsletter Integrations: An email marketing tool for your blog: subscription forms to create your lists with unlimited subscribers and newsletters. Use Newsletter as an action in Bit Flows to automatically manage subscribers. Sync new sign-ups from forms, CRM leads, or purchases directly to your email lists—and segment them with custom tags—all without manual import.

In this guide, we’ll walk you through the Newsletter integrations using Bit Flows. We’ll use Bit Form as the trigger, but you’re free to choose any other trigger based on your needs and preferences. Once the setup is complete, data from each form submission will be automatically sent to Newsletter for processing or interaction.

This beginner-friendly tutorial walks you through each step, making it easy to build your first smart automation with Bit Flows and Newsletter.

Authorization of Newsletter Integrations

To set Newsletter as an action in Bit Flows, first open your Bit Flows Dashboard, then either create a new flow or open an existing one. In the Flow Builder, click the plus (+) icon to add an action. From the list of available apps, search for and select Newsletter.

After selecting your preferred action, the next step is to choose an event. For example, in this case, we’ve selected the “Create Subscriber” event.

Here, you can either select an existing connection if you’ve already created one, or create a new one by simply clicking the “Add connection ” button.

When you click the Add Connection button, you’ll be prompted to enter a name for your connection. Simply type in the Name , Client Secret and Client Key  click connect.

To get your Client Secret and Client Key  Follow those steps:

• Navigate to the Newsletter > API Addon Management panel.
• Click the ‘Create Key’ button to generate your keys.

Field Mapping: Here, you’ll see a “Map Fields” section where you need to map your form fields to the matching fields in Newsletter. The “Email” field is required by Newsletter, so make sure to map your form’s Email field to it. You can also click the “Add Contact Field” button to map additional fields. Additionally, you can enhance your request logic using Flow, Math, String, and System functions.

You also have the option to test the full flow. You can either click “Listen Response” and then run the trigger event (e.g., submit the form), or use existing data to test the integration and make sure everything works correctly.

After completing all the steps, click the “Logs” icon at the top-right corner of the Flow Builder to view your integration logs. Logs help you verify if the trigger and action worked correctly and make it easier to spot and fix any issues.

That’s it! You’ve successfully set up an automation in Bit Flows to connect Bit Form with Newsletter. Now, whenever someone submits your form, a new subscriber will be automatically run actoe to your Newsletter account.
