Integrately Integrations: Non-Techie? Integrate your apps in 1 click. All you need to do is activate the automation. 42000+ customers. Live chat support. Less expensive.

In this guide, you’ll learn how to integrate Bit Form with Integrately, where Bit Form serves as the trigger and Integrately is the action. Once the integration is complete, a new subscriber will be automatically added to your Integrately account every time someone submits your form.

This beginner-friendly, step-by-step tutorial is designed to help you quickly set up your first automation—making it easier to grow your email list, nurture leads, and manage contacts directly from your WordPress forms.

Authorization of Integrately Integrations as Action

To set Integrately as an action in Bit Flows, first open your Bit Flows Dashboard, then either create a new flow or open an existing one. In the Flow Builder, click the plus (+) icon to add an action. From the list of available apps, search for and select Integrately.

After selecting your preferred action, the next step is to choose an event. For example, in this case, we’ve selected the “Make A Request” event.

  • Make a Request

After selecting the action event, a new popup will appear. Here, you need to connect your Integrately account. Connection is optional so you can skip it or if you want put necessary things and click on connect .

To set up Integrately integrations with Bit Flows, you’ll need Integrately Request URL. Follow these steps to get it.

  • Go to your Integrately account dashboard.
  • Click on the New Automation on the left .
  • Select trigger Webhook
  • Click on the set trigger event as you want, and set event.
  • copy the webhook URL and past it in Bit Flow Request URL Field.

Field Mapping: Here, you’ll see a “Map Fields” section where you need to map your form fields to the matching fields in Integrately. The “Email, First Name and Last Name ” field is required by Integrately, so make sure to map your form’s Email, First Name and Last Name field to it. You can also click the “Add Contact Field” button to map additional fields. Additionally, you can enhance your request logic using FlowMathString, and System functions.

Once you’ve finished these settings, you can either click the “Test Run” button to check if the integration is working correctly or simply close the popup to complete the setup.

When you click the Test Run button, the output will be displayed just above it. However, please note that Test Run results are not recorded in the logs.

You also have the option to test the full flow. You can either click “Listen Response” and then run the trigger event (e.g., submit the form), or use existing data to test the integration and make sure everything works correctly.

After completing all the steps, click the “Logs” icon at the top-right corner of the Flow Builder to view your integration logs. Logs help you verify if the trigger and action worked correctly and make it easier to spot and fix any issues.

That’s it! You’ve successfully set up an automation in Bit Flows to connect Bit Form with Integrately. Now, whenever someone submits your form, a new subscriber will be automatically added to your Integrately account.

This integration helps you grow your email list, automate lead nurturing, and streamline your marketing efforts—all with minimal effort. For more help or to explore additional integrations, be sure to check out our comprehensive User Guide.
