Advanced Coupons Integrations: Use Advanced Coupons Integrations as Action in Bit Flow to automate your WooCommerce coupon and loyalty program management. When triggered by forms, purchases, CRMs, or any connected app, Bit Flow can add store credits, create coupons, and manage customer balances in Advanced Coupons—automatically and instantly.

In this guide, you’ll learn how to integrate Bit Form with Advanced Coupons, where Bit Form acts as the trigger and Advanced Couponss is the action. Once the integration is complete, a new subscriber will be automatically added to your Advanced Coupons list every time someone submits your form.

This beginner-friendly, step-by-step tutorial is designed to help you set up your first automation with ease—enabling you to grow your subscriber base, streamline communication, and manage contacts directly from your Advanced Coupons site.

Authorization of Advanced Coupons Integrations as Action

To set Advanced Coupons as an action in Bit Flows, first open your Bit Flows Dashboard, then either create a new flow or open an existing one. In the Flow Builder, click the plus (+) icon to add an action. From the list of available apps, search for and select Advanced Coupons.

After selecting your preferred action, the next step is to choose an event. For example, in this case, we’ve selected the “Advanced Coupons” event.

Field Mapping: Here, you’ll see a “Map Fields” section where you need to map your form fields to the matching fields in Advanced Coupons. The “User Email and Credit Amount” field is required by Advanced Coupons, so make sure to map User Email and Credit Amount field to your form’s Advanced Coupons field to it. Additionally, you can enhance your request logic using FlowMathString, and System functions.

Once you’ve finished these settings, you can either click the “Test Run” button to check if the integration is working correctly or simply close the popup to complete the setup.

When you click the Test Run button, the output will be displayed just above it. However, please note that Test Run results are not recorded in the logs.

You also have the option to test the full flow. You can either click “Listen Response” and then run the trigger event (e.g., submit the form), or use existing data to test the integration and make sure everything works correctly.

After completing all the steps, click the “Logs” icon at the top-right corner of the Flow Builder to view your integration logs. Logs help you verify if the trigger and action worked correctly and make it easier to spot and fix any issues.

That’s it! You’ve successfully set up an automation in Bit Flows to connect Bit Form with Advanced Coupons. Now, whenever someone submits your form, add store credit to user in your Advanced Coupons course.
