Academy LMS Integrations with Bit Flows – Automate Course Management

Bit Flow is a super handy WordPress plugin that helps you connect your favorite tools and automate tasks—without needing to write any code. In this guide, we’ll show you how to use Academy LMS as a starting point (called a trigger) to set up your first automation.

Setup Academy LMS Integrations

First, go to your Bit Flows Dashboard, click on Flows, and then either create a new flow or open an existing one.

After creating or opening an existing flow, you’ll be taken to the Flow Builder screen.

In the Flow Builder, you’ll see a section called Trigger. Under that, click on “Select an App.” A list of trigger apps will appear.

From the list, select your preferred trigger. For this example, click on “Academy LMS” You’ll then see all the available trigger events.

Now, select your preferred trigger event. For Example: “User enrolled in a course “. After selecting your event, you’ll be asked to choose a webhook.

Select a Course: Select an option from the drop-down list. For Example: “Bit Apps Learn“.

After selecting your course, the next step is to capture the response. To do this, click on the “Capture Response” button, then go and enrolled the course that you selected.

Once the course is enrolled, return to the integration page—you’ll see that the form data has been successfully captured.
