B2BKing Integration with Bit Flows: Automate WooCommerce B2B Customer Workflows

B2BKing is a WooCommerce B2B and wholesale plugin that helps you manage B2B registrations, wholesale users, customer groups, pricing rules, and business account workflows from WordPress.

Bit Flows is a no-code automation plugin for WordPress that helps you connect plugins, apps, and online tools from one visual workflow builder. You can use it to capture data from WordPress plugins and use that data inside automated workflows.

In this guide, you’ll learn how to use B2BKing as a trigger in Bit Flows.

Once the setup is complete, a B2BKing event, such as a B2B account being approved, can start a workflow in Bit Flows.

Requirements

Before starting, make sure you have:

• Bit Flows installed and activated.
• WooCommerce is installed and activated.
• A test B2B user account is ready for approval.

Install and prepare B2BKing

Step 01: Install B2BKing

Open your WordPress dashboard and go to Plugins > Add New. Search for B2BKing, then find B2BKing (Ultimate WooCommerce B2B and Wholesale Plugin) in the results. Click Install Now, wait for the plugin to download, then click Activate to enable it on your site.

Step 02: Create a test B2B account

Open the My account page on your website and go to the Register section. Enter a test email address and a password so you have sample data to work with later. Go to User Type and select B2B (requires approval), then click Register to submit the registration.

Step 03: Keep the pending user ready

Open the pending B2B user profile from your WordPress user list and find the User Registration Data section. Check the Registration role to confirm this is the B2B account you just created, so you approve the correct user during the test. Keep the user profile open, since you will approve this user after clicking Listen Response in Bit Flows.

Set up B2BKing as a trigger

Step 04: Create a new flow and select B2BKing as the trigger

Open your WordPress dashboard and go to Bit Flows, then click Create Flow. Enter a flow name that describes what the workflow does, such as B2BKing Account Approval Automation, so you can identify it later. Once the flow opens, go to the Trigger section and click Select an App to see the available trigger apps. Search for B2BKing, then select it from the trigger app list so its trigger events become available.

Choose the B2BKing trigger event you want to use. For this example, select Account Approved. Click Listen Response.

Bit Flows will start listening for the selected B2BKing event. The listener stops automatically after 3 minutes, so approve the test user while the listener is active.

Step 05: Approve the test B2B user

Return to the pending B2B user profile and go to the User Registration Data section. Check the Registration Approval area and select the user group if needed, so the account is approved into the correct group. Click Approve user, and when the confirmation popup appears, click Yes to complete the approval.

Step 06: Review the captured response

Return to the Bit Flows tab and check the response area. When the event is captured, you should see Response captured, which confirms that B2BKing sent the approved user data to Bit Flows. Review the Captured Response section and confirm that the approved user data is available, since this is what you will map in the next step. Click Close to finish the trigger setup.

Captured response data is the sample data Bit Flows receives from B2BKing. This data lets you use B2BKing user information, such as the user email and registration role, inside the later steps of the flow.

Configure the trigger settings

The current B2BKing trigger setup does not require extra configuration fields before listening for the response.

Troubleshooting

Issue	What to check
B2BKing does not appear in the Bit Flows app list	Make sure B2BKing is installed and activated on the same WordPress site.
Response is not captured	Click Listen Response again and approve the test B2B user while the listener is active.
No pending user is available	Register a new B2B test account using the B2B (requires approval) user type.
User data is missing	Use a test user with complete registration details, then capture the response again.
Wrong event is captured	Make sure the selected trigger event matches the B2BKing action you performed.

You’ve now connected B2BKing with Bit Flows as a trigger. When the selected B2BKing event happens, Bit Flows can capture the response data from B2BKing and make it available inside the flow.
