Monday.com Integrations: Use Monday.com Integrations as Action in Bit Flow to automate your project management directly from your workflows. When triggered by forms, CRMs, e‑commerce platforms, or any connected app, Bit Flow can create items, update boards, manage groups, and sync data in Monday.com—automatically and instantly.

In this guide, you’ll learn how to integrate Bit Form with Monday.com, where Bit Form serves as the trigger and Monday.com is the action. Once the integration is complete, a new subscriber will be automatically added to your Monday.com account every time someone submits your form.

This beginner-friendly, step-by-step tutorial is designed to help you quickly set up your first automation—making it easier to grow your email list, nurture leads, and manage contacts directly from your WordPress forms.

To set Monday.com as an action in Bit Flows, first open your Bit Flows Dashboard, then either create a new flow or open an existing one. In the Flow Builder, click the plus (+) icon to add an action. From the list of available apps, search for and select Monday.com.

After selecting your preferred action, the next step is to choose an event. For example, in this case, we’ve selected the “Create Column” event.

After selecting the action event, a new popup will appear. Here, you need to connect your Monday.com account. If you’ve already connected Monday.com before and want to use the same account, simply select it from the “Select Connection” dropdown. If not, click on “Add Connection” to create a new one.

When you click the Add Connection button, you’ll be prompted to enter a name for your connection and supply your API Key as the value.

To set up Monday.com integrations with Bit Flows, you’ll need Monday.com API Token. Follow these steps to get it.

• Go to your Monday.com account dashboard.
• click on your profile icon to the right hand top corner.
• Go to “Administration”> connections > Personal API Token and then click Create API Key
• Copy the ”Secret Key“.
• Paste it into the Value Key field in Bit Flows to complete the connection.

Once you have successfully entered your Monday.com API Token, click “Connect” button to proceed.

Now you need to select Board and Column Type from bellow dropdown menu.

Field Mapping: Here, you’ll see a “Map Fields” section where you need to map your form fields to the matching fields in Monday.com. The “Board, Column Type and Column Title” field is required by Monday.com, so make sure to map your form’s Board, Column Type and Column Title” field to it. Additionally, you can enhance your request logic using Flow, Math, String, and System functions.

Once you’ve finished these settings, you can either click the “Test Run” button to check if the integration is working correctly or simply close the popup to complete the setup.

You also have the option to test the full flow. You can either click “Listen Response” and then run the trigger event (e.g., submit the form), or use existing data to test the integration and make sure everything works correctly.

After completing all the steps, click the “Logs” icon at the top-right corner of the Flow Builder to view your integration logs. Logs help you verify if the trigger and action worked correctly and make it easier to spot and fix any issues.

That’s it! You’ve successfully set up an automation in Bit Flows to connect Bit Form with Monday.com. Now, whenever someone submits your form, a new column will be automatically added to your Monday.com account.
