Demio Integrations: Transparent webinar insights for data-driven marketers. Demio is built so you can host engaging experiences that turn into analytical insights – making you the most popular marketer in the room.

In this guide, you’ll learn how to integrate Bit Form with Demio, where Bit Form acts as the trigger and Demio is the action. Once the integration is complete, a new webinar registrant will be automatically added to your Demio event whenever someone submits your form.

This beginner-friendly, step-by-step tutorial is designed to help you set up your first automation with ease—streamlining your webinar registrations and making audience engagement effortless directly from your WordPress forms.

Authorization of Demio Integrations as Action

To set Demio as an action in Bit Flows, first open your Bit Flows Dashboard, then either create a new flow or open an existing one. In the Flow Builder, click the plus (+) icon to add an action. From the list of available apps, search for and select Demio.

After selecting your preferred action, the next step is to choose an event. For example, in this case, we’ve selected the “Register an event” event.

  • Register an event
  • Get Event
  • Get Session
  • Info of an Event

After selecting the action event, a new popup will appear. Here, you need to connect your Demio account. If you’ve already connected Demio before and want to use the same account, simply select it from the “Select Connection” dropdown. If not, click on “Add Connection” to create a new one.

If you’ve already created a connection earlier and want to use it with the same account, simply select it from the “Select Connection” dropdown. This saves time and avoids creating duplicate connections.

When you click the Add Connection button, you’ll be asked to provide a name for your connection. Enter your API Key as the name and your API Secret as the value.

To set up Demio integrations with Bit Flows, you’ll need Demio API Key and API Secret. Follow these steps to get them.

  • Log in to your Demio Dashboard.
  • Click on your Profile icon in the top-right corner.
  • From the dropdown menu, select Settings.
  • Navigate to the API tab.
  • You’ll see your API Key and API Secret displayed there.
  • Copy both the API Key and API Secret, and paste them into the corresponding fields on the Bit Flows connection setup page.

Once you have successfully entered your ClickUp API Key and API Secret, click “Connect” button to proceed.

Event: Once you have successfully connected with your account, select the Event from the dropdown option. You need to create a Event on your Demio account before you can do this.

Session: Choose the Event Session option from the dropdown menu. You need to Schedule a session on your Demio account before you can do this.

Field Mapping: Here, you’ll see a “Map Fields” section where you need to map your form fields to the matching fields in Demio. The “Name” and “Email” field is required by Demio, so make sure to map your form’s Demio field to it. You can also click the “Add Column” button to map additional fields. Additionally, you can enhance your request logic using FlowMathString, and System functions.

Once you’ve finished these settings, you can either click the “Test Run” button to check if the integration is working correctly or simply close the popup to complete the setup.

When you click the Test Run button, the output will be displayed just above it. However, please note that Test Run results are not recorded in the logs.

You also have the option to test the full flow. You can either click “Listen Response” and then run the trigger event (e.g., submit the form), or use existing data to test the integration and make sure everything works correctly.

After completing all the steps, click the “Logs” icon at the top-right corner of the Flow Builder to view your integration logs. Logs help you verify if the trigger and action worked correctly and make it easier to spot and fix any issues.

That’s it! You’ve successfully set up an automation in Bit Flows to connect Bit Form with Demio. Now, whenever someone submits your form, a new registrant will be automatically added to your Demio webinar.

This integration simplifies your webinar registration process, saves time, and helps you grow your audience effortlessly. For more support or to explore additional integrations, don’t forget to check out our comprehensive User Guide.
