WooCommerce Membership Integrations: Get the best membership plugin wordpress for businesses seeking to manage online communities, restrict content, and create unlimited membership levels. It is especially suitable for businesses offering online courses, coaching, digital products, or community driven services.

Bit Flow is a super handy WordPress plugin that helps you connect your favourite tools and automate tasks—without needing to write any code. You can easily link up with over 345+ popular apps like Zoho CRM, Google Sheets, WooCommerce, Airtable, Trello, Dropbox, Zoom, HubSpot, Zoho Desk, and many more.

Instead of doing everything manually—like sending data from your forms to your CRM or updating spreadsheets—Bit Flow does it all for you automatically. It saves you time, reduces repetitive work, and keeps everything running smoothly.

In this guide, we’ll show you how to use WooCommerce Membership as a starting point (called a trigger) to set up your first automation.

Setup WooCommerce Membership Integrations

First, go to your Bit Flows Dashboard, click on Flows, and then either create a new flow or open an existing one.

After creating or opening an existing flow, you’ll be taken to the Flow Builder screen.

In the Flow Builder, you’ll see a section called Trigger. Under that, click on “Select an App.” A list of trigger apps will appear.

From the list, select your preferred trigger. For this example, click on “WooCommerce Membership” You’ll then see all the available trigger events.

  • User Added to Membership Plan
  • User Update to Membership Plan
  • User’s Membership Deleted
  • Membership User Role Updated
  • New Membership Note Added
  • User’s Membership Activation or Re-Activation
  • User’s Membership Paused
  • User’s Membership Transferred
  • User’s Membership Status Set to Cancelled
  • User’s Membership Status Set to Delayed
  • User’s Membership Status Set to Complimentary
  • User’s Membership Status Set to Pending Cancellation
  • User’s Membership Status Set to Paused
  • User’s Membership Status Set to Expires
  • User’s Membership Status Changed

Now, select your preferred course from the dropdown menu. Select a specific trigger —for example, we’ve chosen User’s Membership Deleted in this case.

After selecting your memberships, the next step is to capture the response. To do this, click on the “Capture Response” button, then go to your website and do User’s Membership Deleted.

Once the memberships is deleted, return to the integration page—you’ll see that the User’s Membership data has been successfully captured.

After finishing these steps, close the popup and click the plus (+) icon to add an Action. Next, you’ll need to add and authorize an Action. In the Flow Builder, click the plus (+) icon on the right side to add an Action. You can add multiple actions and also use tools like Router, Condition, Delay, Iterator, Repeater/Loop, or JSON Parser to build advanced workflows.
