Estimated reading: 3 minutes 201 views

Advanced Ads Integrations: Use Advanced Ads to manage all banners and ad types in WordPress. Support for all ad networks and many features to boost your revenue.

Bit Flow is a super handy WordPress plugin that helps you connect your favourite tools and automate tasks—without needing to write any code. You can easily link up with over 345+ popular apps like Zoho CRM, Google Sheets, WooCommerce, Airtable, Trello, Dropbox, Zoom, HubSpot, Zoho Desk, and many more.

Instead of doing everything manually—like sending data from your forms to your CRM or updating spreadsheets—Bit Flow does it all for you automatically. It saves you time, reduces repetitive work, and keeps everything running smoothly.

In this guide, we’ll show you how to use Advanced Ads as a starting point (called a trigger) to set up your first automation.

Setup Advanced Ads Integrations

First, go to your Bit Flows Dashboard, click on Flows, and then either create a new flow or open an existing one.

After creating or opening an existing flow, you’ll be taken to the Flow Builder screen.

In the Flow Builder, you’ll see a section called Trigger. Under that, click on “Select an App.” A list of trigger apps will appear.

From the list, select your preferred trigger. For this example, click on “Advanced Ads” You’ll then see all the available trigger events.

  • Ad Status Changed
  • Ad Status Set Draft to Pending
  • Ad Status Set Draft to Publish
  • Ad Status Set Draft to Expired
  • Ad Status Set Pending to Draft
  • Ad Status Set Pending to Publish
  • Ad Status Set Pending to Expired
  • Ad Status Set Publish to Pending
  • Ad Status Set Publish to Draft
  • Ad Status Set Publish to Expired
  • Ad Status Set Expired to Pending
  • Ad Status Set Expired to Publish
  • Ad Status Set Expired to Draft

Now, select your preferred trigger event. For Example: “ Ad Status Set Draft to Publish“. After selecting your event, you’ll be asked to choose a form.

After selecting your event, the next step is to capture the response. To do this, click on the “Capture Response” button, then go and change a ad status draft to publish.

Once the ad is published, return to the integration page—you’ll see that the form data has been successfully captured.

After finishing these steps, close the popup and click the plus (+) icon to add an Action. Next, you’ll need to add and authorize an Action. In the Flow Builder, click the plus (+) icon on the right side to add an Action. You can add multiple actions and also use tools like Router, Condition, Delay, Iterator, Repeater/Loop, or JSON Parser to build advanced workflows.
