Create a New Workflow in Bit Flows

Go to:

Bit Flows → Create Workflow → Add Trigger

Select:

Trigger App

Bricks Builder

Trigger Event

Form Submission

Description:

This trigger starts the workflow whenever the Form Submission event occurs in Bricks Builder.

Connect Your Bricks Builder

Add WC Affiliate as an Action

Click:

Add Action → WC Affiliate

Select an Action Event:

• Create affiliate When “Form Submission” occurs in Bricks Builder, use the submitted data to run “Create affiliate” in WC Affiliate.
• Update affiliate status When “Form Submission” occurs in Bricks Builder, use the submitted data to run “Update affiliate status” in WC Affiliate.
• Create referral When “Form Submission” occurs in Bricks Builder, use the submitted data to run “Create referral” in WC Affiliate.

Description:

This action sends data from Bricks Builder to WC Affiliate and performs the selected supported operation automatically.

Map Bricks Builder Data with WC Affiliate Inputs

Map the available data from Bricks Builder to the compatible inputs provided by the selected WC Affiliate action.

The exact values and inputs depend on the selected trigger and action events, so only map data exposed by those events.

Test and Activate Workflow

Run the Form Submission trigger and verify the selected WC Affiliate actions:
