Create a New Workflow in Bit Flows

Go to:

Bit Flows → Create Workflow → Add Trigger

Select:

Trigger Event

Form Submission

• Ask Gemini When “Form Submission” occurs in Bricks Builder, use the submitted data to run “Ask Gemini” in Gemini.

Description:

This action sends data from Bricks Builder to Gemini and performs the selected supported operation automatically.

Map Bricks Builder Data with Gemini Inputs

Map the available data from Bricks Builder to the compatible inputs provided by the selected Gemini action.

The exact values and inputs depend on the selected trigger and action events, so only map data exposed by those events.

Test and Activate Workflow

Run the Form Submission trigger and verify the selected Gemini actions:

• Confirm that Create a Completion completes successfully and processes the mapped data in Gemini.
