WC Affiliate Demio Integration with Bit Flows

Create a New Workflow in Bit Flows

Go to:

Bit Flows → Create Workflow → Add Trigger

Select:

Trigger App

WC Affiliate

Trigger Event

Affiliate application submitted

Description:

This trigger starts the workflow whenever the Affiliate application submitted event occurs in WC Affiliate.

Connect Your WC Affiliate

Select the WC Affiliate source you want to automate and complete the connection settings required for the chosen trigger event.

Configure:

• The available source or event settings
• The incoming data provided by the trigger
• Any required connection information

The available options and data depend on the selected platform and trigger event.

Add Demio as an Action

Click:

Add Action → Demio

Select an Action Event:

• Register an event When “Affiliate application submitted” occurs in WC Affiliate, use the submitted data to run “Register an event” in Demio.
• Get Event When “Affiliate application submitted” occurs in WC Affiliate, use the submitted data to run “Get Event” in Demio.
• Get Session When “Affiliate application submitted” occurs in WC Affiliate, use the submitted data to run “Get Session” in Demio.

Description:

This action sends data from WC Affiliate to Demio and performs the selected supported operation automatically.

Map WC Affiliate Data with Demio Inputs

Map the available data from WC Affiliate to the compatible inputs provided by the selected Demio action.

The exact values and inputs depend on the selected trigger and action events, so only map data exposed by those events.

Test and Activate Workflow

Run the Affiliate application submitted trigger and verify the selected Demio actions:

• Confirm that Register an event completes successfully and processes the mapped data in Demio.
• Confirm that Get Event completes successfully and processes the mapped data in Demio.
• Confirm that Get Session completes successfully and processes the mapped data in Demio.

Then activate your workflow.
