Solid Affiliate Instagram Integration with Bit Flows

Create a New Workflow in Bit Flows

Go to:

Bit Flows → Create Workflow → Add Trigger

Select:

Trigger App

Solid Affiliate

Trigger Event

New affiliate created

Description:

This trigger starts the workflow whenever the New affiliate created event occurs in Solid Affiliate.

Connect Your Solid Affiliate

Select the Solid Affiliate source you want to automate and complete the connection settings required for the chosen trigger event.

Configure:

• The available source or event settings
• The incoming data provided by the trigger
• Any required connection information

Add Instagram as an Action

Click:

Add Action → Instagram

Select an Action Event:

• Publish Image When “New affiliate created” occurs in Solid Affiliate, use the submitted data to run “Publish Image” in Instagram.
• Publish Video When “New affiliate created” occurs in Solid Affiliate, use the submitted data to run “Publish Video” in Instagram.
• Publish Reel When “New affiliate created” occurs in Solid Affiliate, use the submitted data to run “Publish Reel” in Instagram.

Description:

This action sends data from Solid Affiliate to Instagram and performs the selected supported operation automatically.

Map Solid Affiliate Data with Instagram Inputs

Map the available data from Solid Affiliate to the compatible inputs provided by the selected Instagram action.

The exact values and inputs depend on the selected trigger and action events, so only map data exposed by those events.

Test and Activate Workflow

Run the New affiliate created trigger and verify the selected Instagram actions:

• Confirm that Publish Image completes successfully and processes the mapped data in Instagram.
• Confirm that Publish Video completes successfully and processes the mapped data in Instagram.
