Solid Affiliate FluentCommunity Integration with Bit Flows

Create a New Workflow in Bit Flows

Go to:

Bit Flows → Create Workflow → Add Trigger

Select:

Trigger App

Solid Affiliate

Trigger Event

New affiliate created

Description:

This trigger starts the workflow whenever the New affiliate created event occurs in Solid Affiliate.

Connect Your Solid Affiliate

Select the Solid Affiliate source you want to automate and complete the connection settings required for the chosen trigger event.

Configure:

• The available source or event settings
• The incoming data provided by the trigger
• Any required connection information

The available options and data depend on the selected platform and trigger event.

Add FluentCommunity as an Action

Click:

Add Action → FluentCommunity

Select an Action Event:

• Add User To Space When “New affiliate created” occurs in Solid Affiliate, use the submitted data to run “Add User To Space” in FluentCommunity.
• Remove User From Space Get User Space IDs When “New affiliate created” occurs in Solid Affiliate, use the submitted data to run “Remove User From Space Get User Space IDs” in FluentCommunity.
• Get All Spaces List Get Space Users List When “New affiliate created” occurs in Solid Affiliate, use the submitted data to run “Get All Spaces List Get Space Users List” in FluentCommunity.

Description:

This action sends data from Solid Affiliate to FluentCommunity and performs the selected supported operation automatically.

Map Solid Affiliate Data with FluentCommunity Inputs

Map the available data from Solid Affiliate to the compatible inputs provided by the selected FluentCommunity action.

The exact values and inputs depend on the selected trigger and action events, so only map data exposed by those events.

Test and Activate Workflow

Run the New affiliate created trigger and verify the selected FluentCommunity actions:

• Confirm that Add User To Space completes successfully and processes the mapped data in FluentCommunity.
• Confirm that Remove User From Space Get User Space IDs completes successfully and processes the mapped data in FluentCommunity.
