Solid Affiliate Airtable Integration with Bit Flows

Create a New Workflow in Bit Flows

Go to:

Bit Flows → Create Workflow → Add Trigger

Select:

Trigger App

Solid Affiliate

Trigger Event

New affiliate created

Description:

This trigger starts the workflow whenever the New affiliate created event occurs in Solid Affiliate.

Connect Your Solid Affiliate

Select the Solid Affiliate source you want to automate and complete the connection settings required for the chosen trigger event.

Configure:

• The incoming data provided by the trigger

Add Airtable as an Action

Click:

Add Action → Airtable

Select an Action Event:

• Create Record When “New affiliate created” occurs in Solid Affiliate, use the submitted data to run “Create Record” in Airtable.
• Update Record When “New affiliate created” occurs in Solid Affiliate, use the submitted data to run “Update Record” in Airtable.
• Delete Record When “New affiliate created” occurs in Solid Affiliate, use the submitted data to run “Delete Record” in Airtable.

Description:

This action sends data from Solid Affiliate to Airtable and performs the selected supported operation automatically.

Map Solid Affiliate Data with Airtable Inputs

Map the available data from Solid Affiliate to the compatible inputs provided by the selected Airtable action.

The exact values and inputs depend on the selected trigger and action events, so only map data exposed by those events.

Test and Activate Workflow

Run the New affiliate created trigger and verify the selected Airtable actions:
