Create a New Workflow in Bit Flows

Go to:

Bit Flows → Create Workflow → Add Trigger

Select:

Trigger App

SliceWP

Trigger Event

Became an affiliate

Description:

This trigger starts the workflow whenever the Became an affiliate event occurs in SliceWP.

Connect Your SliceWP

Click:

Add Action → Airtable

Select an Action Event:

• Create Record When “Became an affiliate” occurs in SliceWP, use the submitted data to run “Create Record” in Airtable.
• Update Record When “Became an affiliate” occurs in SliceWP, use the submitted data to run “Update Record” in Airtable.
• Delete Record When “Became an affiliate” occurs in SliceWP, use the submitted data to run “Delete Record” in Airtable.

Description:

This action sends data from SliceWP to Airtable and performs the selected supported operation automatically.

Map SliceWP Data with Airtable Inputs

Map the available data from SliceWP to the compatible inputs provided by the selected Airtable action.

The exact values and inputs depend on the selected trigger and action events, so only map data exposed by those events.

Test and Activate Workflow

Run the Became an affiliate trigger and verify the selected Airtable actions:

• Confirm that Create Record completes successfully and processes the mapped data in Airtable.
