Create a New Workflow in Bit Flows

Go to:

Bit Flows → Create Workflow → Add Trigger

Select:

Trigger App

Booking Calendar

Trigger Event

Booking Created

Description:

This trigger starts the workflow whenever the Booking Created event occurs in Booking Calendar.

Connect Your Booking Calendar

Select the Booking Calendar source you want to automate and complete the connection settings required for the chosen trigger event.

Configure:

Add Airtable as an Action

Click:

Add Action → Airtable

Select an Action Event:

• Create Record When “Booking Created” occurs in Booking Calendar, use the submitted data to run “Create Record” in Airtable.
• Update Record When “Booking Created” occurs in Booking Calendar, use the submitted data to run “Update Record” in Airtable.
• Delete Record When “Booking Created” occurs in Booking Calendar, use the submitted data to run “Delete Record” in Airtable.

Description:

This action sends data from Booking Calendar to Airtable and performs the selected supported operation automatically.

Map Booking Calendar Data with Airtable Inputs

Map the available data from Booking Calendar to the compatible inputs provided by the selected Airtable action.

The exact values and inputs depend on the selected trigger and action events, so only map data exposed by those events.

Test and Activate Workflow

Run the Booking Created trigger and verify the selected Airtable actions:

• Confirm that Create Record completes successfully and processes the mapped data in Airtable.
