Sendy Sensei LMS Integration with Bit Flows

Create a New Workflow in Bit Flows

Go to:

Bit Flows → Create Workflow → Add Trigger

Select:

Trigger App

Sendy

Trigger Event

New Subscriber

Description:

This trigger starts the workflow whenever the New Subscriber event occurs in Sendy.

Connect Your Sendy

Select the Sendy source you want to automate and complete the connection settings required for the chosen trigger event.

Configure:

• The available source or event settings
• The incoming data provided by the trigger
• Any required connection information

The available options and data depend on the selected platform and trigger event.

Add Sensei LMS as an Action

Click:

Add Action → Sensei LMS

Select an Action Event:

• Enroll User in Course When “New Subscriber” occurs in Sendy, use the submitted data to run “Enroll User in Course” in Sensei LMS.
• Withdraw User from Course When “New Subscriber” occurs in Sendy, use the submitted data to run “Withdraw User from Course” in Sensei LMS.
• List Enrolled Learners When “New Subscriber” occurs in Sendy, use the submitted data to run “List Enrolled Learners” in Sensei LMS.

Description:

This action sends data from Sendy to Sensei LMS and performs the selected supported operation automatically.

Map Sendy Data with Sensei LMS Inputs

Map the available data from Sendy to the compatible inputs provided by the selected Sensei LMS action.

The exact values and inputs depend on the selected trigger and action events, so only map data exposed by those events.

Test and Activate Workflow

Run the New Subscriber trigger and verify the selected Sensei LMS actions:

• Confirm that Enroll User in Course completes successfully and processes the mapped data in Sensei LMS.
• Confirm that Withdraw User from Course completes successfully and processes the mapped data in Sensei LMS.
• Confirm that List Enrolled Learners completes successfully and processes the mapped data in Sensei LMS.

Then activate your workflow.
