Create a New Workflow in Bit Flows

Go to:

Bit Flows → Create Workflow → Add Trigger

Select:

Trigger App

Sendy

Trigger Event

New Subscriber

Description:

This trigger starts the workflow whenever the New Subscriber event occurs in Sendy.

Connect Your Sendy

Select the Sendy source you want to automate and complete the connection settings required for the chosen trigger event.

Configure:

• The available source or event settings
• The incoming data provided by the trigger
• Any required connection information

The available options and data depend on the selected platform and trigger event.

Add Telegram as an Action

Click:

Add Action → Telegram

Select an Action Event:

• Send Text Message or a Reply When “New Subscriber” occurs in Sendy, use the submitted data to run “Send Text Message or a Reply” in Telegram.
• Send Poll When “New Subscriber” occurs in Sendy, use the submitted data to run “Send Poll” in Telegram.
• Send Contact When “New Subscriber” occurs in Sendy, use the submitted data to run “Send Contact” in Telegram.

Description:

This action sends data from Sendy to Telegram and performs the selected supported operation automatically.

Map Sendy Data with Telegram Inputs

Map the available data from Sendy to the compatible inputs provided by the selected Telegram action.

The exact values and inputs depend on the selected trigger and action events, so only map data exposed by those events.

Test and Activate Workflow

Run the New Subscriber trigger and verify the selected Telegram actions:

• Confirm that Send Text Message or a Reply completes successfully and processes the mapped data in Telegram.
• Confirm that Send Poll completes successfully and processes the mapped data in Telegram.
• Confirm that Send Contact completes successfully and processes the mapped data in Telegram.

Then activate your workflow.
