FormyChat RafflePress Integration with Bit Flows

Create a New Workflow in Bit Flows

Go to:

Bit Flows → Create Workflow → Add Trigger

Select:

Trigger App

FormyChat

Trigger Event

Lead created

Description:

This trigger starts the workflow whenever the Lead created event occurs in FormyChat.

Connect Your FormyChat

Select the FormyChat source you want to automate and complete the connection settings required for the chosen trigger event.

Configure:

• The available source or event settings
• The incoming data provided by the trigger
• Any required connection information

Add RafflePress as an Action

Click:

Add Action → RafflePress

Select an Action Event:

• Get All Giveaways When “Lead created” occurs in FormyChat, use the submitted data to run “Get All Giveaways” in RafflePress.
• Get Giveaway Details When “Lead created” occurs in FormyChat, use the submitted data to run “Get Giveaway Details” in RafflePress.
• Get All Contestants in Giveaway When “Lead created” occurs in FormyChat, use the submitted data to run “Get All Contestants in Giveaway” in RafflePress.

Description:

This action sends data from FormyChat to RafflePress and performs the selected supported operation automatically.

Map FormyChat Data with RafflePress Inputs

Map the available data from FormyChat to the compatible inputs provided by the selected RafflePress action.

The exact values and inputs depend on the selected trigger and action events, so only map data exposed by those events.

Test and Activate Workflow

Run the Lead created trigger and verify the selected RafflePress actions:

• Confirm that Get All Giveaways completes successfully and processes the mapped data in RafflePress.
• Confirm that Get Giveaway Details completes successfully and processes the mapped data in RafflePress.
• Confirm that Get All Contestants in Giveaway completes successfully and processes the mapped data in RafflePress.

Then activate your workflow.
