Create a New Workflow in Bit Flows

Go to:

Bit Flows → Create Workflow → Add Trigger

Select:

Trigger App

RafflePress

Trigger Event

Participant Submits Giveaway Entry

Description:

This trigger starts the workflow whenever the Participant Submits Giveaway Entry event occurs in RafflePress.

Add Fluent Support as an Action

Click:

Add Action → Fluent Support

Select an Action Event:

• Create Ticket When “Participant Submits Giveaway Entry” occurs in RafflePress, use the submitted data to run “Create Ticket” in Fluent Support.
• Add Tag to Ticket When “Participant Submits Giveaway Entry” occurs in RafflePress, use the submitted data to run “Add Tag to Ticket” in Fluent Support.
• Reply to Ticket as Agent When “Participant Submits Giveaway Entry” occurs in RafflePress, use the submitted data to run “Reply to Ticket as Agent” in Fluent Support.

Description:

This action sends data from RafflePress to Fluent Support and performs the selected supported operation automatically.

Map RafflePress Data with Fluent Support Inputs

Map the available data from RafflePress to the compatible inputs provided by the selected Fluent Support action.

The exact values and inputs depend on the selected trigger and action events, so only map data exposed by those events.

Test and Activate Workflow
