FormyChat Advanced Ad Integration with Bit Flows

Create a New Workflow in Bit Flows

Go to:

Bit Flows → Create Workflow → Add Trigger

Select:

Trigger App

FormyChat

Trigger Event

Lead created

Description:

This trigger starts the workflow whenever the Lead created event occurs in FormyChat.

Connect Your FormyChat

Select the FormyChat source you want to automate and complete the connection settings required for the chosen trigger event.

Configure:

• The available source or event settings
• The incoming data provided by the trigger
• Any required connection information

The available options and data depend on the selected platform and trigger event.

Add Advanced Ad as an Action

Click:

Add Action → Advanced Ad

Select an Action Event:

• Set Ad Status When “Lead created” occurs in FormyChat, use the submitted data to run “Set Ad Status” in Advanced Ad.

Description:

This action sends data from FormyChat to Advanced Ad and performs the selected supported operation automatically.

Map FormyChat Data with Advanced Ad Inputs

Map the available data from FormyChat to the compatible inputs provided by the selected Advanced Ad action.

The exact values and inputs depend on the selected trigger and action events, so only map data exposed by those events.

Test and Activate Workflow

Run the Lead created trigger and verify the selected Advanced Ad actions:

• Confirm that Set Ad Status completes successfully and processes the mapped data in Advanced Ad.

Then activate your workflow.
