Create a New Workflow in Bit Flows

Go to:

Bit Flows → Create Workflow → Add Trigger

Select:

Trigger App

B2BKing

Trigger Event

Account approved

Description:

This trigger starts the workflow whenever the Account approved event occurs in B2BKing.

Connect Your B2BKing

Select the B2BKing source you want to automate and complete the connection settings required for the chosen trigger event.

Configure:

• The incoming data provided by the trigger
• Any required connection information

Add BuddyPress as an Action

Click:

Add Action → BuddyPress

Select an Action Event:

• Create Activity When “Account approved” occurs in B2BKing, use the submitted data to run “Create Activity” in BuddyPress.
• Create Activity Comment When “Account approved” occurs in B2BKing, use the submitted data to run “Create Activity Comment” in BuddyPress.
• Favorite Activity When “Account approved” occurs in B2BKing, use the submitted data to run “Favorite Activity” in BuddyPress.

Description:

This action sends data from B2BKing to BuddyPress and performs the selected supported operation automatically.

Map B2BKing Data with BuddyPress Inputs

Map the available data from B2BKing to the compatible inputs provided by the selected BuddyPress action.

The exact values and inputs depend on the selected trigger and action events, so only map data exposed by those events.

Test and Activate Workflow

Run the Account approved trigger and verify the selected BuddyPress actions:
