Create a New Workflow in Bit Flows

Go to:

Bit Flows → Create Workflow → Add Trigger

Select:

Trigger App

WP Simple Pay

Trigger Event

User completes payment for a form

Description:

This trigger starts the workflow whenever the User completes payment for a form event occurs in WP Simple Pay.

Connect Your WP Simple Pay

Select the WP Simple Pay source you want to automate and complete the connection settings required for the chosen trigger event.

Configure:

• The incoming data provided by the trigger

Add WP Courseware as an Action

Click:

Add Action → WP Courseware

Select an Action Event:

• Enroll User to Course When “User completes payment for a form” occurs in WP Simple Pay, use the submitted data to run “Enroll User to Course” in WP Courseware.

Description:

This action sends data from WP Simple Pay to WP Courseware and performs the selected supported operation automatically.

Map WP Simple Pay Data with WP Courseware Inputs

Map the available data from WP Simple Pay to the compatible inputs provided by the selected WP Courseware action.

The exact values and inputs depend on the selected trigger and action events, so only map data exposed by those events.

Test and Activate Workflow

Run the User completes payment for a form trigger and verify the selected WP Courseware actions:

• Confirm that Enroll User to Course completes successfully and processes the mapped data in WP Courseware.

Then activate your workflow.
