Create a New Workflow in Bit Flows

Go to:

Bit Flows → Create Workflow → Add Trigger

Select:

Trigger App

WP Simple Pay

Trigger Event

User completes payment for a form

Description:

This trigger starts the workflow whenever the User completes payment for a form event occurs in WP Simple Pay.

Connect Your WP Simple Pay

Select the WP Simple Pay source you want to automate and complete the connection settings required for the chosen trigger event.

Add Airtable as an Action

Click:

Add Action → Airtable

Select an Action Event:

• Create Record When “User completes payment for a form” occurs in WP Simple Pay, use the submitted data to run “Create Record” in Airtable.
• Update Record When “User completes payment for a form” occurs in WP Simple Pay, use the submitted data to run “Update Record” in Airtable.
• Delete Record When “User completes payment for a form” occurs in WP Simple Pay, use the submitted data to run “Delete Record” in Airtable.

Description:

This action sends data from WP Simple Pay to Airtable and performs the selected supported operation automatically.

Map WP Simple Pay Data with Airtable Inputs

Map the available data from WP Simple Pay to the compatible inputs provided by the selected Airtable action.

The exact values and inputs depend on the selected trigger and action events, so only map data exposed by those events.

Test and Activate Workflow

Run the User completes payment for a form trigger and verify the selected Airtable actions:

• Confirm that Create Record completes successfully and processes the mapped data in Airtable.
