Create a New Workflow in Bit Flows

Go to:

Bit Flows → Create Workflow → Add Trigger

Select:

Trigger App

WP Job Manager

Trigger Event

Job Published

Description:

This trigger starts the workflow whenever the Job Published event occurs in WP Job Manager.

Connect Your WP Job Manager

Select the WP Job Manager source you want to automate and complete the connection settings required for the chosen trigger event.

Configure:

• The available source or event settings
• The incoming data provided by the trigger
• Any required connection information

The available options and data depend on the selected platform and trigger event.

Add myCred as an Action

Click:

Add Action → myCred

Select an Action Event:

• Award Points When “Job Published” occurs in WP Job Manager, use the submitted data to run “Award Points” in myCred.
• Revoke Points When “Job Published” occurs in WP Job Manager, use the submitted data to run “Revoke Points” in myCred.
• Award Badge When “Job Published” occurs in WP Job Manager, use the submitted data to run “Award Badge” in myCred.

Description:

This action sends data from WP Job Manager to myCred and performs the selected supported operation automatically.

Map WP Job Manager Data with myCred Inputs

Map the available data from WP Job Manager to the compatible inputs provided by the selected myCred action.

The exact values and inputs depend on the selected trigger and action events, so only map data exposed by those events.

Test and Activate Workflow

Run the Job Published trigger and verify the selected myCred actions:

• Confirm that Award Points completes successfully and processes the mapped data in myCred.
• Confirm that Revoke Points completes successfully and processes the mapped data in myCred.
• Confirm that Award Badge completes successfully and processes the mapped data in myCred.

Then activate your workflow.
