Create a New Workflow in Bit Flows

Go to:

Bit Flows → Create Workflow → Add Trigger

Select:

Trigger App

WP Job Manager

Trigger Event

Job Published

Description:

This trigger starts the workflow whenever the Job Published event occurs in WP Job Manager.

Connect Your WP Job Manager

Select the WP Job Manager source you want to automate and complete the connection settings required for the chosen trigger event.

Add Selzy as an Action

Click:

Add Action → Selzy

Select an Action Event:

• Create Contact When “Job Published” occurs in WP Job Manager, use the submitted data to run “Create Contact” in Selzy.

Description:

This action sends data from WP Job Manager to Selzy and performs the selected supported operation automatically.

Map WP Job Manager Data with Selzy Inputs

Map the available data from WP Job Manager to the compatible inputs provided by the selected Selzy action.

The exact values and inputs depend on the selected trigger and action events, so only map data exposed by those events.

Test and Activate Workflow

Run the Job Published trigger and verify the selected Selzy actions:

• Confirm that Create Contact completes successfully and processes the mapped data in Selzy.

Then activate your workflow.
