Create a New Workflow in Bit Flows

Go to:

Bit Flows → Create Workflow → Add Trigger

Click:

Select an Action Event:

• Ask Gemini When “Form Submitted” occurs in Thrive Leads, use the submitted data to run “Ask Gemini” in Gemini.

Description:

This action sends data from Thrive Leads to Gemini and performs the selected supported operation automatically.

Map Thrive Leads Data with Gemini Inputs

Map the available data from Thrive Leads to the compatible inputs provided by the selected Gemini action.

The exact values and inputs depend on the selected trigger and action events, so only map data exposed by those events.

Test and Activate Workflow

Run the Form Submitted trigger and verify the selected Gemini actions:

• Confirm that Create a Completion completes successfully and processes the mapped data in Gemini.
• Confirm that Ask Gemini completes successfully and processes the mapped data in Gemini.
