Create a New Workflow in Bit Flows

Go to:

Bit Flows → Create Workflow → Add Trigger

Select:

Trigger App

Gravity Kit

Trigger Event

Form Entry Approved

Description:

Select an Action Event:

• Ask Gemini When “Form Entry Approved” occurs in Gravity Kit, use the submitted data to run “Ask Gemini” in Gemini.

Description:

This action sends data from Gravity Kit to Gemini and performs the selected supported operation automatically.

Map Gravity Kit Data with Gemini Inputs

Map the available data from Gravity Kit to the compatible inputs provided by the selected Gemini action.

The exact values and inputs depend on the selected trigger and action events, so only map data exposed by those events.

Test and Activate Workflow

Run the Form Entry Approved trigger and verify the selected Gemini actions:
