Tawk.to ACPT Integration with Bit Flows

Create a New Workflow in Bit Flows

Go to:

Bit Flows → Create Workflow → Add Trigger

Select:

Trigger App

Tawk.to

Trigger Event

New Ticket

Description:

This trigger starts the workflow whenever the New Ticket event occurs in Tawk.to.

Connect Your Tawk.to

Select the Tawk.to source you want to automate and complete the connection settings required for the chosen trigger event.

Configure:

• The available source or event settings
• The incoming data provided by the trigger
• Any required connection information

Add ACPT as an Action

Click:

Add Action → ACPT

Select an Action Event:

• Create New Custom Post Type When “New Ticket” occurs in Tawk.to, use the submitted data to run “Create New Custom Post Type” in ACPT.
• Get Post Type (All) When “New Ticket” occurs in Tawk.to, use the submitted data to run “Get Post Type (All)” in ACPT.
• Get Post Type (Single) When “New Ticket” occurs in Tawk.to, use the submitted data to run “Get Post Type (Single)” in ACPT.

Description:

This action sends data from Tawk.to to ACPT and performs the selected supported operation automatically.

Map Tawk.to Data with ACPT Inputs

Map the available data from Tawk.to to the compatible inputs provided by the selected ACPT action.

The exact values and inputs depend on the selected trigger and action events, so only map data exposed by those events.

Test and Activate Workflow

Run the New Ticket trigger and verify the selected ACPT actions:

• Confirm that Create New Custom Post Type completes successfully and processes the mapped data in ACPT.
• Confirm that Get Post Type (All) completes successfully and processes the mapped data in ACPT.
• Confirm that Get Post Type (Single) completes successfully and processes the mapped data in ACPT.

Then activate your workflow.
