Create a New Workflow in Bit Flows

Go to:

Bit Flows → Create Workflow → Add Trigger

Select:

Trigger App

Thrive Leads

Trigger Event

Form Submitted

Description:

This trigger starts the workflow whenever the Form Submitted event occurs in Thrive Leads.

Connect Your Thrive Leads

Select the Thrive Leads source you want to automate and complete the connection settings required for the chosen trigger event.

Configure:

• The available source or event settings
• The incoming data provided by the trigger
• Any required connection information

The available options and data depend on the selected platform and trigger event.

Add ACPT as an Action

Click:

Add Action → ACPT

Select an Action Event:

• Create New Custom Post Type When “Form Submitted” occurs in Thrive Leads, use the submitted data to run “Create New Custom Post Type” in ACPT.
• Get Post Type (All) When “Form Submitted” occurs in Thrive Leads, use the submitted data to run “Get Post Type (All)” in ACPT.
• Get Post Type (Single) When “Form Submitted” occurs in Thrive Leads, use the submitted data to run “Get Post Type (Single)” in ACPT.

Description:

This action sends data from Thrive Leads to ACPT and performs the selected supported operation automatically.

Map Thrive Leads Data with ACPT Inputs

Map the available data from Thrive Leads to the compatible inputs provided by the selected ACPT action.

The exact values and inputs depend on the selected trigger and action events, so only map data exposed by those events.

Test and Activate Workflow

Run the Form Submitted trigger and verify the selected ACPT actions:

• Confirm that Create New Custom Post Type completes successfully and processes the mapped data in ACPT.
• Confirm that Get Post Type (All) completes successfully and processes the mapped data in ACPT.
• Confirm that Get Post Type (Single) completes successfully and processes the mapped data in ACPT.

Then activate your workflow.
