SurveySparrow Jot Form Integration with Bit Flows

Create a New Workflow in Bit Flows

Go to:

Bit Flows → Create Workflow → Add Trigger

Select:

Trigger App

SurveySparrow

Trigger Event

On Form Submission

Description:

This trigger starts the workflow whenever the On Form Submission event occurs in SurveySparrow.

Connect Your SurveySparrow

Select the SurveySparrow source you want to automate and complete the connection settings required for the chosen trigger event.

Configure:

• The available source or event settings
• The incoming data provided by the trigger
• Any required connection information

The available options and data depend on the selected platform and trigger event.

Add Jot Form as an Action

Click:

Add Action → Jot Form

Select an Action Event:

• Create Form When “On Form Submission” occurs in SurveySparrow, use the submitted data to run “Create Form” in Jot Form.

Description:

This action sends data from SurveySparrow to Jot Form and performs the selected supported operation automatically.

Map SurveySparrow Data with Jot Form Inputs

Map the available data from SurveySparrow to the compatible inputs provided by the selected Jot Form action.

The exact values and inputs depend on the selected trigger and action events, so only map data exposed by those events.

Test and Activate Workflow

Run the On Form Submission trigger and verify the selected Jot Form actions:

• Confirm that Create Form completes successfully and processes the mapped data in Jot Form.

Then activate your workflow.
