Create a New Workflow in Bit Flows

Go to:

Bit Flows → Create Workflow → Add Trigger

Select:

Trigger App

SurveyNinja

Trigger Event

On Form Submission

Description:

This trigger starts the workflow whenever the On Form Submission event occurs in SurveyNinja.

Connect Your SurveyNinja

Select the SurveyNinja source you want to automate and complete the connection settings required for the chosen trigger event.

Configure:

• The available source or event settings
• The incoming data provided by the trigger
• Any required connection information

The available options and data depend on the selected platform and trigger event.

Add Stripe as an Action

Click:

Add Action → Stripe

Select an Action Event:

• Create a Customer When “On Form Submission” occurs in SurveyNinja, use the submitted data to run “Create a Customer” in Stripe.
• Create an Invoice When “On Form Submission” occurs in SurveyNinja, use the submitted data to run “Create an Invoice” in Stripe.
• Create a Product When “On Form Submission” occurs in SurveyNinja, use the submitted data to run “Create a Product” in Stripe.

Description:

This action sends data from SurveyNinja to Stripe and performs the selected supported operation automatically.

Map SurveyNinja Data with Stripe Inputs

Map the available data from SurveyNinja to the compatible inputs provided by the selected Stripe action.

The exact values and inputs depend on the selected trigger and action events, so only map data exposed by those events.

Test and Activate Workflow

Run the On Form Submission trigger and verify the selected Stripe actions:

• Confirm that Create a Customer completes successfully and processes the mapped data in Stripe.
• Confirm that Create an Invoice completes successfully and processes the mapped data in Stripe.
• Confirm that Create a Product completes successfully and processes the mapped data in Stripe.

Then activate your workflow.
