Stripe ActiveCampaign Integration with Bit Flows

Create a New Workflow in Bit Flows

Go to:

Bit Flows → Create Workflow → Add Trigger

Select:

Trigger App

Stripe

Trigger Event

Webhook Automation

Description:

This trigger starts the workflow whenever the Webhook Automation event occurs in Stripe.

Connect Your Stripe

Select the Stripe source you want to automate and complete the connection settings required for the chosen trigger event.

Configure:

• The available source or event settings
• The incoming data provided by the trigger
• Any required connection information

The available options and data depend on the selected platform and trigger event.

Add ActiveCampaign as an Action

Click:

Add Action → ActiveCampaign

Select an Action Event:

• Create a Contact When “Webhook Automation” occurs in Stripe, use the submitted data to run “Create a Contact” in ActiveCampaign.
• Update a Contact When “Webhook Automation” occurs in Stripe, use the submitted data to run “Update a Contact” in ActiveCampaign.
• Update a Contact by Email When “Webhook Automation” occurs in Stripe, use the submitted data to run “Update a Contact by Email” in ActiveCampaign.

Description:

This action sends data from Stripe to ActiveCampaign and performs the selected supported operation automatically.

Map Stripe Data with ActiveCampaign Inputs

Map the available data from Stripe to the compatible inputs provided by the selected ActiveCampaign action.

The exact values and inputs depend on the selected trigger and action events, so only map data exposed by those events.

Test and Activate Workflow

Run the Webhook Automation trigger and verify the selected ActiveCampaign actions:

• Confirm that Create a Contact completes successfully and processes the mapped data in ActiveCampaign.
• Confirm that Update a Contact completes successfully and processes the mapped data in ActiveCampaign.
• Confirm that Update a Contact by Email completes successfully and processes the mapped data in ActiveCampaign.

Then activate your workflow.
