SureFeedback GetGist Integration with Bit Flows

Create a New Workflow in Bit Flows

Go to:

Bit Flows → Create Workflow → Add Trigger

Select:

Trigger App

SureFeedback

Trigger Event

New Comment On Site

Description:

This trigger starts the workflow whenever the New Comment On Site event occurs in SureFeedback.

Connect Your SureFeedback

Select the SureFeedback source you want to automate and complete the connection settings required for the chosen trigger event.

Configure:

• The incoming data provided by the trigger

Add GetGist as an Action

Click:

Add Action → GetGist

Select an Action Event:

• Create Contact When “New Comment On Site” occurs in SureFeedback, use the submitted data to run “Create Contact” in GetGist.

Description:

This action sends data from SureFeedback to GetGist and performs the selected supported operation automatically.

Map SureFeedback Data with GetGist Inputs

Map the available data from SureFeedback to the compatible inputs provided by the selected GetGist action.

The exact values and inputs depend on the selected trigger and action events, so only map data exposed by those events.

Test and Activate Workflow

Run the New Comment On Site trigger and verify the selected GetGist actions:

• Confirm that Create Contact completes successfully and processes the mapped data in GetGist.

Then activate your workflow.
