Create a New Workflow in Bit Flows

Go to:

Bit Flows → Create Workflow → Add Trigger

Select:

Trigger App

Stripe

Trigger Event

Webhook Automation

Description:

This trigger starts the workflow whenever the Webhook Automation event occurs in Stripe.

Connect Your Stripe

Select the Stripe source you want to automate and complete the connection settings required for the chosen trigger event.

Configure:

• The available source or event settings
• The incoming data provided by the trigger
• Any required connection information

The available options and data depend on the selected platform and trigger event.

Add FunnelKit Automations as an Action

Click:

Add Action → FunnelKit Automations

Select an Action Event:

• Add Contact to Lists When “Webhook Automation” occurs in Stripe, use the submitted data to run “Add Contact to Lists” in FunnelKit Automations.
• Add Tags to Contact When “Webhook Automation” occurs in Stripe, use the submitted data to run “Add Tags to Contact” in FunnelKit Automations.
• Remove Contact from Lists When “Webhook Automation” occurs in Stripe, use the submitted data to run “Remove Contact from Lists” in FunnelKit Automations.

Description:

This action sends data from Stripe to FunnelKit Automations and performs the selected supported operation automatically.

Map Stripe Data with FunnelKit Automations Inputs

Map the available data from Stripe to the compatible inputs provided by the selected FunnelKit Automations action.

The exact values and inputs depend on the selected trigger and action events, so only map data exposed by those events.

Test and Activate Workflow

Run the Webhook Automation trigger and verify the selected FunnelKit Automations actions:

• Confirm that Add Contact to Lists completes successfully and processes the mapped data in FunnelKit Automations.
• Confirm that Add Tags to Contact completes successfully and processes the mapped data in FunnelKit Automations.
• Confirm that Remove Contact from Lists completes successfully and processes the mapped data in FunnelKit Automations.

Then activate your workflow.
