SliceWP WP Courseware Integration with Bit Flows

Create a New Workflow in Bit Flows

Go to:

Bit Flows → Create Workflow → Add Trigger

Select:

Trigger App

SliceWP

Trigger Event

Became an affiliate

Description:

This trigger starts the workflow whenever the Became an affiliate event occurs in SliceWP.

Connect Your SliceWP

Select the SliceWP source you want to automate and complete the connection settings required for the chosen trigger event.

Configure:

Add WP Courseware as an Action

Click:

Add Action → WP Courseware

Select an Action Event:

• Enroll User to Course When “Became an affiliate” occurs in SliceWP, use the submitted data to run “Enroll User to Course” in WP Courseware.

Description:

This action sends data from SliceWP to WP Courseware and performs the selected supported operation automatically.

Map SliceWP Data with WP Courseware Inputs

Map the available data from SliceWP to the compatible inputs provided by the selected WP Courseware action.

The exact values and inputs depend on the selected trigger and action events, so only map data exposed by those events.

Test and Activate Workflow

Run the Became an affiliate trigger and verify the selected WP Courseware actions:

• Confirm that Enroll User to Course completes successfully and processes the mapped data in WP Courseware.

Then activate your workflow.
