Shopify Academy LMS Integration with Bit Flows

Create a New Workflow in Bit Flows

Go to:

Bit Flows → Create Workflow → Add Trigger

Select:

Trigger App

Shopify

Trigger Event

Order Created

Description:

This trigger starts the workflow whenever the Order Created event occurs in Shopify.

Connect Your Shopify

Select the Shopify source you want to automate and complete the connection settings required for the chosen trigger event.

Configure:

• The available source or event settings
• The incoming data provided by the trigger
• Any required connection information

The available options and data depend on the selected platform and trigger event.

Add Academy LMS as an Action

Click:

Add Action → Academy LMS

Select an Action Event:

• Enroll user in a course When “Order Created” occurs in Shopify, use the submitted data to run “Enroll user in a course” in Academy LMS.
• Unenroll user from a course When “Order Created” occurs in Shopify, use the submitted data to run “Unenroll user from a course” in Academy LMS.

Description:

This action sends data from Shopify to Academy LMS and performs the selected supported operation automatically.

Map Shopify Data with Academy LMS Inputs

Map the available data from Shopify to the compatible inputs provided by the selected Academy LMS action.

The exact values and inputs depend on the selected trigger and action events, so only map data exposed by those events.

Test and Activate Workflow

Run the Order Created trigger and verify the selected Academy LMS actions:

• Confirm that Enroll user in a course completes successfully and processes the mapped data in Academy LMS.
• Confirm that Unenroll user from a course completes successfully and processes the mapped data in Academy LMS.

Then activate your workflow.
