Sensei LMS SendFox Integration with Bit Flows

Create a New Workflow in Bit Flows

Go to:

Bit Flows → Create Workflow → Add Trigger

Select:

Trigger App

Sensei LMS

Trigger Event

Learner Enrolled / Unenrolled in Course

Description:

This trigger starts the workflow whenever the Learner Enrolled / Unenrolled in Course event occurs in Sensei LMS.

Connect Your Sensei LMS

Select the Sensei LMS source you want to automate and complete the connection settings required for the chosen trigger event.

Configure:

• The available source or event settings
• The incoming data provided by the trigger
• Any required connection information

The available options and data depend on the selected platform and trigger event.

Add SendFox as an Action

Click:

Add Action → SendFox

Select an Action Event:

• Create Contact When “Learner Enrolled / Unenrolled in Course” occurs in Sensei LMS, use the submitted data to run “Create Contact” in SendFox.
• Get Contact By ID When “Learner Enrolled / Unenrolled in Course” occurs in Sensei LMS, use the submitted data to run “Get Contact By ID” in SendFox.
• Get Contact by Email When “Learner Enrolled / Unenrolled in Course” occurs in Sensei LMS, use the submitted data to run “Get Contact by Email” in SendFox.

Description:

This action sends data from Sensei LMS to SendFox and performs the selected supported operation automatically.

Map Sensei LMS Data with SendFox Inputs

Map the available data from Sensei LMS to the compatible inputs provided by the selected SendFox action.

The exact values and inputs depend on the selected trigger and action events, so only map data exposed by those events.

Test and Activate Workflow

Run the Learner Enrolled / Unenrolled in Course trigger and verify the selected SendFox actions:

• Confirm that Create Contact completes successfully and processes the mapped data in SendFox.
• Confirm that Get Contact By ID completes successfully and processes the mapped data in SendFox.
• Confirm that Get Contact by Email completes successfully and processes the mapped data in SendFox.

Then activate your workflow.
