Create a New Workflow in Bit Flows

Go to:

Bit Flows → Create Workflow → Add Trigger

Select:

Trigger App

Sensei LMS

Trigger Event

Learner Enrolled / Unenrolled in Course

Description:

This trigger starts the workflow whenever the Learner Enrolled / Unenrolled in Course event occurs in Sensei LMS.

Connect Your Sensei LMS

Select the Sensei LMS source you want to automate and complete the connection settings required for the chosen trigger event.

Configure:

• The available source or event settings
• The incoming data provided by the trigger
• Any required connection information

Add WhatsApp as an Action

Click:

Add Action → WhatsApp

Select an Action Event:

• Send Template Message When “Learner Enrolled / Unenrolled in Course” occurs in Sensei LMS, use the submitted data to run “Send Template Message” in WhatsApp.
• Send Message When “Learner Enrolled / Unenrolled in Course” occurs in Sensei LMS, use the submitted data to run “Send Message” in WhatsApp.
• Send Message When “Learner Enrolled / Unenrolled in Course” occurs in Sensei LMS, use the submitted data to run “Send Message” in WhatsApp.

Description:

This action sends data from Sensei LMS to WhatsApp and performs the selected supported operation automatically.

Map Sensei LMS Data with WhatsApp Inputs

Map the available data from Sensei LMS to the compatible inputs provided by the selected WhatsApp action.
