Create a New Workflow in Bit Flows

Go to:

Bit Flows → Create Workflow → Add Trigger

Select:

Trigger App

Sensei LMS

Trigger Event

Learner Enrolled / Unenrolled in Course

Description:

This trigger starts the workflow whenever the Learner Enrolled / Unenrolled in Course event occurs in Sensei LMS.

Connect Your Sensei LMS

Select the Sensei LMS source you want to automate and complete the connection settings required for the chosen trigger event.

Configure:

• The available source or event settings
• The incoming data provided by the trigger
• Any required connection information

The available options and data depend on the selected platform and trigger event.

Add KonnectzIT as an Action

Click:

Add Action → KonnectzIT

Select an Action Event:

• Make a Request When “Learner Enrolled / Unenrolled in Course” occurs in Sensei LMS, use the submitted data to run “Make a Request” in KonnectzIT.

Description:

This action sends data from Sensei LMS to KonnectzIT and performs the selected supported operation automatically.

Map Sensei LMS Data with KonnectzIT Inputs

Map the available data from Sensei LMS to the compatible inputs provided by the selected KonnectzIT action.

The exact values and inputs depend on the selected trigger and action events, so only map data exposed by those events.

Test and Activate Workflow

Run the Learner Enrolled / Unenrolled in Course trigger and verify the selected KonnectzIT actions:

• Confirm that Make a Request completes successfully and processes the mapped data in KonnectzIT.

Then activate your workflow.
