Create a New Workflow in Bit Flows

Go to:

Bit Flows → Create Workflow → Add Trigger

Select:

Trigger App

Popup Maker

Trigger Event

Form Submission

Description:

This trigger starts the workflow whenever the Form Submission event occurs in Popup Maker.

Connect Your Popup Maker

Select the Popup Maker source you want to automate and complete the connection settings required for the chosen trigger event.

Configure:

Add Airtable as an Action

Click:

Add Action → Airtable

Select an Action Event:

• Create Record When “Form Submission” occurs in Popup Maker, use the submitted data to run “Create Record” in Airtable.
• Update Record When “Form Submission” occurs in Popup Maker, use the submitted data to run “Update Record” in Airtable.
• Delete Record When “Form Submission” occurs in Popup Maker, use the submitted data to run “Delete Record” in Airtable.

Description:

This action sends data from Popup Maker to Airtable and performs the selected supported operation automatically.

Map Popup Maker Data with Airtable Inputs

Map the available data from Popup Maker to the compatible inputs provided by the selected Airtable action.

The exact values and inputs depend on the selected trigger and action events, so only map data exposed by those events.

Test and Activate Workflow

Run the Form Submission trigger and verify the selected Airtable actions:
