CoBlocks Airtable Integration with Bit Flows

Create a New Workflow in Bit Flows

Go to:

Bit Flows → Create Workflow → Add Trigger

Select:

Trigger App

CoBlocks

Trigger Event

Form Submission

Description:

This trigger starts the workflow whenever the Form Submission event occurs in CoBlocks.

Connect Your CoBlocks

Select the CoBlocks source you want to automate and complete the connection settings required for the chosen trigger event.

Configure:

• The available source or event settings
• The incoming data provided by the trigger
• Any required connection information

The available options and data depend on the selected platform and trigger event.

Add Airtable as an Action

Click:

Add Action → Airtable

Select an Action Event:

• Create Record When “Form Submission” occurs in CoBlocks, use the submitted data to run “Create Record” in Airtable.
• Update Record When “Form Submission” occurs in CoBlocks, use the submitted data to run “Update Record” in Airtable.
• Delete Record When “Form Submission” occurs in CoBlocks, use the submitted data to run “Delete Record” in Airtable.

Description:

This action sends data from CoBlocks to Airtable and performs the selected supported operation automatically.

Map CoBlocks Data with Airtable Inputs

Map the available data from CoBlocks to the compatible inputs provided by the selected Airtable action.

The exact values and inputs depend on the selected trigger and action events, so only map data exposed by those events.

Test and Activate Workflow

Run the Form Submission trigger and verify the selected Airtable actions:

• Confirm that Create Record completes successfully and processes the mapped data in Airtable.
• Confirm that Update Record completes successfully and processes the mapped data in Airtable.
• Confirm that Delete Record completes successfully and processes the mapped data in Airtable.

Then activate your workflow.
