MakeForms n8n Integration with Bit Flows

Create a New Workflow in Bit Flows

Go to:

Bit Flows → Create Workflow → Add Trigger

Select:

Trigger App

MakeForms

Trigger Event

On Form Submit

Description:

This trigger starts the workflow whenever the On Form Submit event occurs in MakeForms.

Connect Your MakeForms

Select the MakeForms source you want to automate and complete the connection settings required for the chosen trigger event.

Configure:

• The available source or event settings
• The incoming data provided by the trigger
• Any required connection information

The available options and data depend on the selected platform and trigger event.

Add n8n as an Action

Click:

Add Action → n8n

Select an Action Event:

• Make a Request When “On Form Submit” occurs in MakeForms, use the submitted data to run “Make a Request” in n8n.

Description:

This action sends data from MakeForms to n8n and performs the selected supported operation automatically.

Map MakeForms Data with n8n Inputs

Map the available data from MakeForms to the compatible inputs provided by the selected n8n action.

The exact values and inputs depend on the selected trigger and action events, so only map data exposed by those events.

Test and Activate Workflow

Run the On Form Submit trigger and verify the selected n8n actions:

• Confirm that Make a Request completes successfully and processes the mapped data in n8n.

Then activate your workflow.
